No Return, No Refund, No Exchange.

Each Sandysoles pair is handcrafted and customized based on the design you personally create. Because every order is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

• Handmade Precision: While we strive for accuracy, please allow for slight variations of 1–2 mm.

• Color Variations: Due to lighting and display settings, actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

• Permanent Holes: We punch holes on the straps and secure the charms with flat screws. Charms can be detached, but the holes on the straps remain permanent.

 If these conditions are not acceptable, we respectfully ask that you reconsider before placing your order.
